Who are we?

We, the creators of Consider Chicago, met on stage at the famed Second City Theatre in Chicago while training in the art of improvisational comedy. There, we began talking about the exciting prospect of Chicago hosting the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

We shared our enthusiasm with our friends and families and they encouraged us to find a way stir the world as we had stirred them.

And so, here we are to stir you to Consider Chicago!

We Believe

We love Chicago. It's a beautiful city that can be relied upon to successfully host the 2016 Games as evidenced by the skills, drive, talents and pride of its citizens who represent a population as diverse as the World itself.

We value the ideals embodied by the Olympic Movement which is a noble endeavor with an enduring legacy to humanity that reflects mankind at his best. Accordingly, we believe that it is in everyone's best interests to educate themselves with respect to its goals; to embrace its spirit; and extol its values.

We believe that Chicago's hosting of the games would serve to further the Olympic Movement; be of historic benefit to Chicago; provide a magnificent opportunity for America to resonate positively throughout the world; and, lastly, we strongly believe it would stir the collective soul of humanity if Chicago were to host the 2016 Games.

Our Goal

Our goal is to reach one billion people with our request that they Consider Chicago. We believe that by doing so, Chicago will become the international favorite of people all around the globe and thereby resonate positively in the decision making chambers of the International Olympic Committee (the "IOC").

Chicago Area Schools

We will be donating 100% of the profits made from the sale of Consider Chicago merchandise through our web-based storefront www.cafepress.com/goisnow to Chicago area schools. The funds will support athletic programs, which we believe is in keeping with the Olympic Movement's goal of building a more peaceful and better world by educating youth through sport.

(i) stir their interest in the Olympic Movement;
(ii) spark their excitement about the prospect of Chicago's lake-side plan to host the 2016 Games; and
(iii) support sports programs in Chicago area schools.
